Tonight was fancy taco night! We went to Hinterland for $3 taco night with Elliot’s parents. Hinterland is a fancy restaurant that specializes in local cuisine. They also brew their own beers. Tuesday is $3 taco night so we thought, why not hit it up.

Tonight’s taco options where: Tilapia, Seitan, Pulled Pork, or Smoked Pork Loin.  Since we don’t do the vegetarian thing, we tried Tilapia, Pulled Pork and Smoked Pork Loin. All were good, perhaps topped with too much slaw for some of us (Elliot) but aside from that everything was great. The tortillas where some how toasted and soft, which added great texture. Between Elliot and I our favorite was the Smoked Pork Loin.
